Sales Manager

Total Line Marking is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the line marking or construction industry.

• Advanced sales training or certification.
