Frankie founded Total Line Marking at just 20 years old, turning a small family-run business into the nationwide company it is today. Driven by a genuine passion for self-development and continuous improvement, he has built the business around the same family values it started with while expanding its capabilities and reputation across the UK. Outside of work, Frankie enjoys clay pigeon shooting, off-road driving, mountain biking and travelling whenever he gets the chance.

Emma looks after the accounts, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From managing incoming and outgoing finances to keeping business data organised, she plays an essential role in the day-to-day running of the company. When she’s not at her desk, there’s a good chance you’ll find her at a live music event, if there’s a concert happening, she’s probably already got tickets.

Dan is one of our experienced Chargehands, leading teams on-site and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. With years of industry knowledge, he keeps jobs organised, supports the crew and makes sure work is carried out safely, efficiently and with attention to detail. Outside of work, Dan is a proud family man who brings the same commitment and reliability to the workplace every day.

James is someone you can always rely on out on site, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail to every project. He takes pride in delivering quality work and is always willing to get stuck in wherever needed. Outside of work, James enjoys DJing, camping and gaming and apparently he can rap along to Eminem word for word, although we’ll just have to take his word for that!

Jack oversees the marketing at Total Line Marking, managing this very website, the company’s social media platforms and client relationships to help showcase the business and generate new opportunities. Always looking for new ways to improve the brand, he focuses on keeping TLM at the forefront of the industry both online and offline. Outside of work, Jack is also a personal trainer, enjoys playing football and is a huge Marvel fan.
