Car Park Decking
Systems
As a specialist car park decking contractor, we install high-performance, waterproof, crack-bridging resin deck membranes that protect structures, improve safety, and extend service life. Systems can be designed to resist water ingress, UV exposure, and mechanical wear, providing a seamless surface that enhances both kerb appeal and function.
Our integrated approach allows anti-slip ramps, bay markings, EV graphics, and safety colours to be delivered within a single coordinated programme—minimising disruption and ensuring consistency. We advise on MMA and PU build-ups, confirm primer compatibility for each substrate, and phase works level-by-level so capacity remains online and safe throughout.
Every installation prioritises safety, durability, and sustainability, using materials engineered for long lifespan, low emissions, and efficient installation with minimal waste.
Build-Ups & Chemistries
We specify each deck build-up based on movement, traffic loading, and environmental conditions, ensuring long-term adhesion and performance:
- ● MMA Deck Systems – Provide rapid cold-weather curing, allowing decks to reopen in as little as 30 minutes, even in low temperatures. They offer a wide colour range, high UV stability, and excellent adhesion to prepared substrates.
- ● PU Deck Systems – Deliver movement tolerance, elasticity, and comfort underfoot, making them ideal for suspended decks or structures exposed to vibration. PU resins also provide excellent crack-bridging propertiesand long-term resilience.
- ● Epoxy Primers/Topcoats – Used for bond strength, chemical resistance, and substrate sealing. These provide the structural integrity and adhesion base for MMA or PU layers above.
Each resin type is selected not only for performance but also for low-VOC composition and long lifecycle sustainability, reducing environmental impact over the system’s lifespan.
Ramps & Approaches
Braking areas, ramps, and approach gradients are high-stress zones that demand maximum traction and impact resistance. We address this by adjusting aggregate loadings, texture depth, and, where required, installing high-friction surfacing (HFS) at transition points.
Our ramp coatings are formulated to deliver reliable grip in wet and dry conditions, maintaining skid resistance values (SRV/PSV) above recommended safety thresholds. Each installation is tested for consistency, texture retention, and long-term durability, helping ensure safe movement and reduced accident risk even under heavy traffic or weathering.
Colours & EV Integration
We incorporate bay colours, numerals, directional arrows, and EV charging logos directly into the resin build-up or as durable overlays. Using UV-stable, abrasion-resistant pigments, these markings maintain clarity and safety visibility for years without fading or peeling.
Our EV bay integrations are compatible with modern charging layouts and bay sensors, allowing clear identification and compliance with emerging EV infrastructure standards. By combining line marking and resin coating in one programme, we ensure efficient delivery, uniform colour matching, and reduced environmental waste from rework.
Detailing & Repairs
Before application, all cracks, joints, gullies, and drainage points are assessed and repaired using compatible resin mortars or elastomeric materials. Detailing ensures the entire deck performs as one seamless waterproof system, preventing localised failure or moisture ingress.
This focus on surface integrity extends system lifespan and reduces the need for reactive maintenance. Every detail—from upstands and thresholds to joint bands—is installed with safety and long-term durability as core priorities.
Programme & Cure
We understand that keeping your car park operational and safe during works is essential. Projects are phased and scheduled around occupancy, with OOH (out-of-hours) works, night shifts, or weekend closures available to minimise downtime.
Cure times vary by chemistry:
- ● MMA systems can reopen in minutes, allowing phased works or quick turnaround in high-demand sites.
- ● PU and epoxy systems typically reopen within a few hours, providing excellent durability once cured.
All installations are monitored for temperature, humidity, and cure consistency, ensuring safe reoccupation and long-term coating performance.
Sustainability is built into each programme: we use precise material batching, low-waste methods, and efficient curing processes to reduce both carbon footprint and site disruption.

FAQs
1. Will ramps be grippy in the wet?
Yes. Aggregate loads and particle sizes are carefully tuned for optimal skid resistance and safe braking performance in all weather conditions.
2. Do you integrate EV bays?
Yes. EV bay layouts, markings, and colour schemes are delivered within the same programme for consistent finish and long-term visibility.
3. Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Most systems are manufacturer-backed, with options for extended performance warranties based on system type and usage or no manufacturer warranty for a more cost effective solution.
4. What about odour and ventilation?
We offer low-odour and low-VOC systems, suitable for enclosed or semi-covered decks, improving on-site safety and environmental compliance where required, even suitable for food processing areas.
