Resin Flooring
Systems

Total Line Marking Ltd are a specialist resin flooring contractor, delivering engineered, high-performance flooring systems for warehouses, production facilities, showrooms, car parks and more. Each installation is designed around your operational needs—balancing durability, hygiene, safety, and sustainability—to ensure long-term value and compliance with modern performance standards.
We work with all major resin technologies, including epoxy, polyurethane (PU), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and polyaspartic systems, selecting the right solution for your site conditions, chemical exposure, and traffic intensity. Our team manages all surface preparation in-house, using controlled mechanical methods for clean adhesion profiles, and integrates line marking and wayfinding into the same delivery programme to minimise downtime.
Every system is designed for safe, efficient installation, low environmental impact, and extended service life, helping clients meet both operational and sustainability goals.

Car Park Decking Systems

Our resin decking systems are purpose-built for multi-storey, rooftop, and open-deck car parks, where surface movement, water ingress, and slip hazards are constant challenges. These systems combine crack-bridging waterproof membranes, anti-slip aggregates, and UV-stable coatings to provide lasting protection, safety, and appearance retention.
We plan level-by-level phasing to keep car parks operational and clearly communicate return-to-service times, from as little as 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the system and ambient temperature.
Our focus is on safety-first delivery, with controlled access management, clear demarcation, and verified slip-resistance testing to keep users protected from day one.

Warehouses

Warehouses

Warehouses face some of the harshest flooring conditions—constant forklift traffic, pallet drag, turning arcs, and cleaning routines. We engineer resin floor systems that withstand these pressures without surface degradation, delamination, or gloss loss.

After diamond grinding or shot blasting to prepare the substrate, we specify:

We incorporate colour-coded zoning for walkways, crossings, and exclusion areas to improve on-site safety and efficiency. Optional anti-slip and reflective finishes enhance visibility in low-light environments.
Every installation is optimised for long-term resilience, safe working conditions, and reduced environmental impact through low-emission materials and extended maintenance intervals.

Showrooms

Our showroom resin floors create clean, visually impressive environments that are also safe, practical, and long-lasting. Seamless and dust-tight finishes are available in custom gloss levels, from satin matte to high-shine reflective coatings, ensuring both visual and operational consistency.
Logos, directional markings, and wayfinding elements can be embedded within the system, offering a durable branding solution that never peels or fades. These floors resist UV light, tyre marking, and staining, maintaining a polished look with minimal upkeep.
The result is a professional, sustainable surface that supports safe movement for staff and visitors while reducing cleaning frequency and energy use through light-reflective properties.

Food Processing Areas

Food Processing Areas

Our food-safe resin flooring systems are engineered for hygiene, compliance, and safety. We install seamless, non-porous finishes with integrated coved skirtings to eliminate dirt traps and simplify washdowns.
Topcoats are chemical-resistant, protecting against oils, fats, and cleaning acids. Slip-resistance can be tailored to PTV 36+ wet, verified through pendulum testing, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
These systems contribute to safer working conditions, faster sanitation routines, and sustainable operations through low-VOC materials and reduced water usage during cleaning.

Decorative Resin

For receptions, corridors, and walkways, we provide decorative resin systems that combine design appeal with performance longevity. Options include flake, quartz, and stone-bound aggregates, all protected by UV-stable, clear seal coats to maintain colour integrity and durability.
We offer RAL and BS colour matching to align with corporate branding or interior schemes. These systems not only look exceptional but also deliver impact resistance, anti-slip control, and ease of maintenance, supporting both aesthetics and safety in high-traffic public spaces. Designed with sustainability in mind, our decorative resins offer long life cycles, reducing the environmental footprint compared to short-term coatings.

HFS Coatings (Anti-Skid)

HFS Coatings (Anti-Skid)

For ramps, approaches, and conflict points, we install high-friction surfacing (HFS) designed to maintain maximum skid resistance in all conditions. By selecting precisely graded aggregates, we fine-tune grip levels for vehicle, pedestrian, or mixed-use zones.
HFS improves braking performance, enhances operator and visitor safety, and extends surface lifespan by protecting against mechanical wear. These coatings are part of our commitment to safe, sustainable infrastructure—reducing accident risk and long-term maintenance demand.

Marine & Ferry Deck Coatings

Marine decks face unique challenges: salt exposure, vibration, and movement under load. Our marine-grade resin systems deliver corrosion resistance, slip management, and long-lasting adhesion even under demanding sea conditions.
We prepare substrates to Sa 2½ standards where required, select primers suited to the base metal, and blend aggregates to optimise wet-grip performance. The result is a surface that remains safe, stable, and low-maintenance—minimising lifecycle costs and reducing environmental impact from recoating cycles.

Surface Preparation (In-House)

Surface Preparation (In-House)

Every project begins with precise in-house surface preparation, the foundation of long-lasting performance. Our teams use shot blasting, diamond grinding, PCD grinding, and moisture testing to create a consistent surface profile (CSP) for reliable adhesion.
By controlling preparation internally, we ensure dust-managed processes, safe working environments, and consistent results. Correct preparation extends system life, reduces waste, and supports sustainable installation practices across all sectors.

Products & Brands

We specify products from proven, trusted manufacturers, including Deckmaster, Triflex, Sika, RESDEV, Flowcrete, Remmers, and Watco. Systems cover epoxy, PU, MMA, polyaspartic, and single-pack acrylic chemistries, selected for low-VOC content, long lifespan, and verified performance data.
Every installation is supported by manufacturer-backed warranties and completed by qualified, safety-conscious applicators. Our commitment to quality, environmental care, and safe working methods ensures each floor stands the test of time.
