On race circuits and kart tracks, clarity, consistency, and precision define performance and safety. We install grid boxes, pit lanes, braking zones, sector divisions, and sponsor graphics using fast-curing, high-durability systems that withstand tyre abrasion, high-speed impacts, cleaning, and weather exposure.

We work within tight event windows, providing night or OOH installations to minimise disruption and maintain race-day readiness.
Alignment
Every circuit marking is applied to approved drawings and technical data, using laser measurement and digital layout mapping for exact alignment. We adhere to FIA Appendix O and Motorsport UK Circuit Safety guidelines, ensuring compliance and safety verification.
Pre-installation surveys confirm substrate condition, gradient, and drainage alignment before painting begins, guaranteeing precision and reliability for both professional and training circuits.
Our alignment processes prioritise accuracy, safety, and repeatability, ensuring every grid box, apex, and sector line meets official standards and withstands repeated high-speed wear.
Systems
We specify coating systems based on surface type, turnaround time, and operational environment:
- ● Spray-applied MMA: ultra-fast cure (trafficable within minutes) for live circuit events or limited closure windows.
- ● Epoxy or polyaspartic systems: extreme abrasion and chemical resistance, ideal for pit lanes and braking zones.
- ● Acrylic markings: suitable for refreshes or low-impact practice tracks, offering flexibility and cost efficiency.
Retroreflective glass beads can be added to enhance visibility during night sessions or endurance races, maintaining clarity under artificial lighting and wet conditions.
All products are low-VOC, solvent-controlled, and chosen for long life and sustainability to reduce repaint cycles and environmental impact.
Layouts & Sponsors
We reproduce circuit markings and sponsor graphics in full colour accuracy using RAL or BS palette matching. Stencils are digitally scaled and precision-cut to ensure consistent proportions and visibility at speed.
Temporary or long-term sponsor graphics can be installed depending on event requirements—using removable coatings for single events or durable, sealed systems for permanent branding.
All artwork is protected with UV-stable, anti-slip sealers to retain vibrancy and surface safety over time.
Our approach ensures professional presentation, predictable durability, and full alignment with each client’s branding and broadcast visibility standards.
Removal & Refresh
We handle full marking removals and scheduled refreshes, ensuring surfaces remain clean, safe, and regulation-compliant. Removal is completed via UHP hydroblasting or mechanical abrasion, preserving track texture and preventing ghosting.
Before repainting, we carry out surface cleaning and preparation to maintain adhesion and accuracy. Reinstated markings follow approved layout drawings, ensuring consistency and compliance after resurfacing or seasonal changes.
Every refresh programme includes environmental management, safe waste collection, and temperature-controlled curing to protect both the track and surrounding facilities.
